Refund and Returns Policy

Refund conditions: Unused

  • No returns are possible after 30 days of receiving the product.
  • To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, free from dirt, dust, or any fragrances, and in the same packaging and condition that you received it.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund conditions: Used

  • We do not offer returns on used items except in EXTREME cases of breakage or malfunction.

 

Before a return is sent, the customer must have written approval of said return from AIRBANK. If a customer sends a return without the written consent of AIRBANK, a refund will not be issued, and the customer will have to pay for shipping to get the item returned or sacrifice the item. If your approved return passes our inspection, you may receive a refund.

Please notify us immediately after you send your return by emailing info@thespacestation.com.au and providing a tracking number. Once we receive the item, we will either replace the item or give you a refund. This will be issued in 2 days.

If non-returnable items are returned without authorisation from us in writing, they will be returned to the customer immediately, and the customer will be notified. Restocking fees may apply to unauthorized returns.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

 

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Shipping Damage Claims

In rare instances, the item received may be damaged during transportation. If shipping damage occurs, please contact us by email and provide us with photo or video proof.

NOTICE: we will not accept Shipping Damage Claims later than 30 days from receipt of products
