Questions & Answers.
All important questions at a glance.
How do I get started?
- Attach one end of the hose to the inflation port and the other to nozzle 1. Add any other connection needed for your SUP, Kite, Wing etc.
- Long press the power button to turn on the pump.
- Select your desired pressure with the plus and minus buttons.
- Press the power button again to start inflating.
What should I do if the screen shows characters like ``HOT`` or ``EE4``?
HOT means the product is overheating. Please wait for it to cool down before continuing use.
EE4 means the charging current is too low. We recommend using a charger with at least 5V 2A. For more details on error codes, refer to the included instructions.
What should I do if the inflation is slow or does not reach the target pressure?
- Check the nozzle is installed correctly.
- Check the hose connection for leaks or cracks. If the hose is cracked, please get in touch with after-sales service. If there is air leakage, tighten the valve or add an o-ring or replace it with a thicker o-ring (orange spare o-ring).
- Check if you are using the high pressure mode (HIGH/CPR). High pressure mode inflates slower than AUTO mode.
- Check if the inflatable product is leaking.
What should I do if the air pump won't charge or takes too long to charge?
Please check if the charger and cable are functioning correctly for other devices, and/or try a different charger or cable. We recommend using a charger with at least 5V 2A.
Is it normal if the air pump suddenly gets louder after running for a while?
Yes it is normal. When the pump switches to high pressure mode, the noise increases.
What should I do if the air pump frequently switches between high and low pressure modes (noise fluctuates)?
This may be due to the higher value pressure of the inflatable. Set the pump to high pressure mode. Press and hold the alter button to switch to CPR/HIGH.
